The Cambria Group

Private investment company founded in 1996

The Cambria Group is a private investment company that acquires and invests in small and mid-sized businesses with established operating histories. Its principals founded the firm in 1996 to pursue businesses that are fundamentally attractive but lack both the high-growth profile sought by venture capitalists and the scale required by most fund-based buyout firms.

He was previously a Principal in the leveraged buyout groups of Brentwood Associates and The Fremont Group, and earlier held operating and financial roles at Bechtel Group and Chevron. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering with distinction and an MBA from Stanford, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
